The prize ceremony, to be held at the Kyrenia Municipality’s new service building, will begin at 14:00. Prior to the ceremony, an exhibition featuring the winning entries of the 15th International Cartoon Contest which saw the participation of 148 cartoonists from 44 countries submitting 586 works will also be opened.
