“Smile of the Sea” 2023
VIII International Cartoon Festival in Novorossiysk, Russia
Cartoonists are given the opportunity to show their creativity in two sections of the festival:
- the main theme: "Wealth and poverty",
- the additional: Free theme
The age of participants is not limited.
The number of works at the discretion of the author.
Together with the works, the author must send the full name, a short autobiography, postal address and e-mail address.
According to the results of the International Competition, the best works will be awarded with diplomas, certificates and special prizes.
All participants will receive a catalog of the festival in electronic format.
Works are accepted in electronic format.
Technical requirements: A4, JPEG, 300 dpi.
