If Plagiarism detected and/or any previously award winning material submitted, submissions will be canceled and the next eligible entry will be considered for the prize.
In addition to the “Grand Prize”, 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be given seperately for “Olive” and “Free” titles, as well as 50 cartoons in each section will be given “Finalist Prizes”.
