INTERNATIONAL CARICATURE COMPETITION
Theme: "Wine Diplomcy"
Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility: Any author may participate with a maximum of 3 caricatures.
2. Format: Caricatures can be submitted in original or digital format, in A4 or A3 size, with a resolution of 300 dpi.

5. Selection: The selection of the best works will be carried out by an expert jury.

Special Award for Macedonian caricaturist - Vinica Municipality Award: 6.000 MKD
6. Exhibition & Award Ceremony: The exhibition of selected works and the official award ceremony will take place in the first half of October 2026, as part of the "IN VINICA VERITAS" Festival of Humour and Satire.
7. Rights & Reproduction: The organiser reserves the right to exhibit, reproduce, and promote all submitted works. Submitted works will not be returned. Winning authors are required to submit their winning caricatures in their original form as a prerequisite for the payment of prize money.
