21st International Festival of Cartoon, Solin 2026, Croatia
1. PARTICIPATION
The organizer of the 20th International cartoon festival Solin 2025 is the Solin tourist board in partnership with Cultural centre Zvonimir and Public library Solin. The festival is opened for all applicants regardless of nationality, age, gender or profession.

BLACK HUMOR
3. ENTRIES
Conditions of entry:
1. Work may be black or colored.
2. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted.
3. The work needs to be sent by e-mail in JPEG resolution up to 300 dpi, max size of 3MB for each work. Compression of file in zip, rar or similar form is not accepted.
4. The short CV of the author needs to be attached.
5. We do not accept works generated by artificial intelligence.
6. The cartoons must not be previously awarded.

4. DEADLINE
Entry deadline is the September 1st, 2026.
5. PRIZE AND AWARDS
1st Prize: STATUE OF THE HEAD OF EMPRESS PLAUTILE + 1021 EUR
2nd Prize: STONE MEDALLION OF THE FESTIVAL + 221 EUR
3rd Prize: STONE MEDALLION OF THE FESTIVAL + 121 EUR
AWARD OF SOLIN TOURIST BOARD
3 SPECIAL AWARDS OF THE FESTIVAL
6. EXHIBITION
The exhibition will take place in the gallery of the Cultural centre „ZVONIMIR“ Solin on September 17th, 2026.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the festival, Solin 2026,as the advertising material without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may be used. The authors are accepting all the conditions defined by Festival.
