Comic strip - winner: Tony Lopes. Merit - Glen Le Lievre
Caricature - winner: Chris Barr. Merit - David Rowe
Special Topic 'Carbon Emissions Tax' - winner: Lindsay Foyle. Merit: Mark Lynch.
International Section
Special Topic - 'Living in an i world' - winner: Terence Allen. Merit: Claudio Spritzer - Brazil.
'Cartoon of the Year' 2012: John Farmer.
