International School Cartoon Festival, the 10th ISCFP Tondela 2027, Portugal

PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY 
01 | Main Theme: Culture
02 | All professional and amateur artists of any nationality can participate; 
03 | The works must present the following characteristics: 300 dpi quality and jpg format; 
04 | The submitted works must be accompanied by the respective registration forms, which must be full and legibly filled out; 
05 | The works must be submitted until November 30th, 2026 and sent to the following email: 
06 | The participation in the ISCF27 International Cartoon Festival automatically implies the transfer of rights to the publication and reproduction of the works sent via any medium, within the scope of the production and dissemination of the Festival. Thus, the act of registering the submitted work automatically implies the transfer of the respective reproduction rights for non commercial purposes; 
07 | The awarded prizes are as follows: 
3 Prizes in the Professional Category - Prize ISCFTP 2027. Each prize includes: (1 box of 40 "Caran d'Ache" colored pencils, trophy, diploma, pin and publication in the Tondela newspaper); 
08 | The Jury's decisions are irrevocable and cannot be subject to any type of appeal or claim. The composition of the jury is made up of invited professionals and elements of the festival's organization. 
STUDENT CATEGORY 
01 | Main Theme: Culture
02 | Children of any nationality aged between 12 and 15 can participate. 
03 The works must have the following characteristics: 300 dpi quality and jpg format. 
04 | The submitted works must be accompanied by the respective registration forms, which must be full and legibly filled out. 
05 | The works must be submitted until November 30th, 2026 and sent to the following email: ricardoferreira.escolatondela@gmail.com .
06 | The participation in the ISCF27 International Cartoon Festival automatically implies the transfer of rights to the publication and reproduction of the works sent via any medium, within the scope of the production and dissemination of the Festival. Thus, the act of registering the submitted work automatically implies the transfer of the respective reproduction rights for non-commercial purposes. 
07 | There are 5 contest categories and in each category there are 3 prizes. The prizes awarded are as follows: 
3 prizes in the National Student Category - ISCFTP 2027 Award (for students enrolled in schools within the national territory); 
3 prizes in the International Student Category - ISCFTP 2027 Award (for students from schools of other countries); 
3 prizes in the AETCF Student Category - ISCFTP 2027 Award (for students from the Tondela Cândido de Figueiredo's Schools); 
1 prize in the Higher Education Student Category - ISCFTP 2027 Award (for higher education students). All prizes include: 1 box of 40 "Caran d'Ache" coloured pencils, trophy, diploma, pin and publication in the Tondela newspaper. 
08 | The jury's decisions are irrevocable and cannot be subject to any type of appeal or claim. The jury is composed of invited professionals and members of the festival's organization.

Cyber Security Cartoon Award 2026
Regulations 
1. Introduction 
The Cyber Security Cartoon Award (CSCA) is dedicated to promoting awareness and creativity through the art of cartoons. This contest invites cartoonists from around the world to submit their original works. The following regulations govern the contest. 
2. Eligibility 
 The contest is open to professional editorial/political cartoonists of all ages, nationalities, and levels of experience. 
 Submissions must be the original work of the entrant. 
 AI generated images are NOT accepted in this award. 
3. Theme 
 The theme for the contest is "Cyber Security and Privacy". 
 Cartoons should reflect issues, challenges, and solutions related to cyber security and privacy. 
4. Submission Guidelines 
 Each participant can submit up to three cartoons. 
 Cartoons must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF). 
 The maximum file size for each submission is 5MB. 
 Cartoons must be in A3 size (420mm x 297mm) and in high resolution (300 dpi), or A4 size (210mm x 297mm) and in 600 dpi. 
5. Submission Process 
 Submissions should be sent to award@cybersecuritycartoonaward.ca with the subject line "CSCA Submission 2026 - [Your Name]". 
 Include the following information in the email body: 
   o Full Name 
   o Short Bio 
   o Age 
   o Nationality 
   o Contact Information (email and Personal Website) 
   o Name of the media and date of publishing of each cartoon (if cartoons have been published in any journal or media). 
6. Deadline 
September 1st, 2026 
7. Judging Criteria 
 Creativity and originality 
 Relevance to the theme 
 Artistic quality 
 Impact and message clarity 
8. Judging Panel 
 The judging panel will consist of experts in the fields of cyber security and cartoon art. 
 The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
9. Prizes 
 1st Prize: $1000 and a certificate 
 2nd Prize: $500 and a certificate 
 3rd Prize: $250 and a certificate 
 Honorable Mentions: Certificates 
10. Rights and Usage 
 By submitting a cartoon, participants grant CSCA the right to use, publish, and display the cartoon in any media for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate credit to the artist. 
 Participants retain the copyright of their submitted cartoons. 
11. Notification of Winners 
Winners will be notified by email and announced on the official CSCA website and social media channels on [announcement date]. 
12. General Conditions 
 CSCA reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if necessary.

The topics of the eleventh International Cartoon Festival "SMILE OF THE SEA 2026" are:

Conditions of the XI International Festival "SMILE OF THE SEA 2026", Russia
1. Acceptance of competitive works is carried out from June 1, 2026 to August 30, 2026
2. Authors of all age groups are allowed to participate in the competition. 
3. Each author may submit no more than 10 (ten) works for participation in the competition. 
4. Works that have received awards at other competitions are not accepted for participation. 
5. Cartoons produced with artificial intelligence are not accepted! 
6. Entries are sent only to the following e-mail address: imeempravo@mail.ru In the subject of the letter you must indicate: “For the competition.” 
7. Requirements for the competitive works: 
• Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or A3 (297 x 420 mm), JPEG, 300 dpi 
• The work must be original. 
• The technique is free, the works can be either black and white or color. 
• Works should not contain text. 
• The author, along with the works, sends: a separate file of his photo, a separate file of a short autobiography in English, indicates his last name, first name, age, postal address (country of residence required), e-mail. 
8. All participants will receive the festival catalog in electronic format. 
9. The authors of the works that won prizes will be awarded with certificates and diplomas in electronic format. 
10. The organizers of the contest reserve the right to continue using the contest entries for exhibition and informational purposes. And also in order to popularize the genre of caricature and the "SMILE OF THE SEA" Festival.
