XXVII International Festival of Aphorisms and Caricature
Strumica 2026 CONTEST Theme:
CARNIVAL – EROTICA
Aphorism
In this category, authors participate with a maximum of 10 aphorisms, printed in three copies, completed with a code, particulars about the author, and set in a sealed envelope. Authors are allowed to participate with more works, each as a group of 10 (ten) aphorisms, each group with a separate code.
Caricature
In this category, authors can participate with a maximum of 3 caricatures. The technique is of the author’s own choice, and the dimensions are A4. Each caricature should contain the author’s information on the back.
Contest Deadline
The deadline for submitting works is: 15 February, 2026
Awards
Three main prizes are awarded: Gold, Silver and Bronze Plaque, with the right of the Organizer to award a number of additional prizes.

Copyrights
The works received remain the property of the Organizer and the author, and they hold the right to their public presentation, catalogue edition, or other publication.
Evaluation
All works arriving within the set deadline will be reviewed by a jury. The presentation of the works – exhibition and the Award Ceremony – will take place on: 23 February, 2026
