With regards to the issue of upgrading and retrofitting of rural housing and related institutes interest in this field specially on cultural issues and a cartoon festivals, we decided to inform the deadline of the Festival to all cartoonist and civil engineers.All who have not been able to send their artistic works to us or their works have been failed to deliver, can take their time and send their works until 15 Nov, 2011.
