11th INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST "KARPIK 2013", NIEMODLIN, POLAND.
Competition rules:
1. THE DRAWINGS MUST BE SENT IN ORYGINAL VERSIONS AND A CD COPY IN GOOD RESOLUTION MUST BE ATTACHED.
2. THE FORMATS OF THE WORKS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE A-4.
3. EACH WORK SHOULD BE SIGNED ON THE REVERSE AND BEAR THE AUTHOR'S FULL ADDRESS.
4. THEME: “FISH, FISHERMEN, FISHING, ANGLERS”.
5. THE FOLLOWING PRIZES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED:
* 1st PRIZE OF 2500 PLN
* 2nd x 2 PRIZE OF 1500 PLN
6. THE WORKS MUST ARRIVE BY 30 SEPTEMBER 2013.
7. AFTER THE EXPOSITION,ILLUSTRATIONS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF ORGANIZER AND MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTION PURPOSES END EXHIBITION.
8. THE WINNERS AS WELL AS CARTOONISTS QUALIFIELD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE POST-COMPETITON EXHIBITION SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A FREE COPY OF A CATALOGUE PUBLISHED BY ORGANIZERS.

C O N T E S T
Theme: C A R N I V A L – E R O T I C A
Aphorism:
In this category each author can participate with maximum of 10 aphorisms, printed in three copies, completed with code and particulars about the author, and set in sealed envelope.
The authors are allowed to participate with more works, each as group of 10(ten) aphorisms and marked with particular code.
Caricature:
In this category, the authors can participate and send 3 caricatures, maximum.
The technique is on their own choice, and dimensions A/4.
Particulars about the authors should be written at the back side of the work.
Contest due date:
The works will be accepted up to: February 18, 2013, at latest.
Awards:
Three main prizes will be awarded: Golden, Silver and Bronze Plaque.
The Organizer retains the right to award some additional prizes.
